Night Time Staple

I love having a nice cup of hot tea at the end of a hard work day. After being in and out of meetings, running errands and my regular daily activities, I find it absolutely soothing to relax with a nice cup before bed.



Perhaps, its in my head, but I promise that I sleep so much more peacefully -- which is a lot to be said for someone who wakes up naturally -- at the crack of dawn.

I've been purchasing the Celestial Seasonings Sleepy Time tea for years. I purchased it when I was baby sitting some time ago. The idea was to trick the kid into passing out into a deep sleep. I guess the joke ended up being on me because I had the tea for myself -- and ended up being the one that passed out. Ever since then I was hooked.
