I enjoy quiet "thought filled" moments via meditation, writing in my journal, decorating, organizing, playing around with various beauty products to create different looks and enjoying life with those that mean the most to me!
I initially started off with a vision for this blog and then life happened. And you know what...life kept right on happening! Then all of a sudden, when it was finally somewhat remotely close to the right time in my life to give this blog a "go" again...I thought of every excuse in the book for why I should wait until I upgraded my laptop game or purchased a new camera. Then I wanted the perfect location and lighting to take photos for my blog and so on and so forth. You get the picture.
You know what??? Sometimes you just have to start the process and figure out the rest as you go.
So why a blog? Well, I asked myself the same thing countless times. By nature, I'm an extremely private person -- except to those that are in my inner most circle. ;-)
But overall, I believe that in sharing our individual experiences and perspectives, we can inspire one another to expand our outlooks. We all have unique stories and it is in accepting each other’s individuality that we create strong connections. I believe that sharing truly is caring, because in opening up we show our faith in establishing community. I hope you feel welcome and at home here. Nobody’s perfect, but we’re all darn immaculately polished in our own ways and that is what we all share in common. So, make yourself a cup of something comforting, pull up a chair, and let’s share.
