Yesterday was my weekly/bi-weekly shopping day. I make it a point of going out and picking-up enough items to get my household through until it's time to shop again. Because let's face it. I can't even stand the thought of shopping during the middle of the week--unless it's an absolutely must.
I usually keep a running list scribbled in my planner of things that are needed until it's time to hit the store. I usually make the trip early on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning before things get super busy or crowded.
This morning I pulled together my smaller lists and mapped out a larger list that mapped out what items I needed from each store. Pretty much basic for a planner addict that LOVES to plan and make lists. 😁
I watched a few YouTube videos on Keto recipes before leaving for the store. Good thing I did because I got some new recipes that I'm excited to try over the next couple of days. Anyway, I like seeing what other people pick-up to help them with their Keto journey and thought I would share my shopping list for the heck of it. So here's what my shopping trip looked like today...
